שיר בכר – הדפסים בעבודת יד (להלן "האתר") מכבדת את פרטיות המשתמשים (להלן "המשתמשים") באתר www.shirbehar.com (להלן "האתר"), מחויבת להגן על המידע האישי שהמשתמשים משתפים עמה במסגרת האתר, ופועלת בהתאם למדינית הפרטיות שלהלן והוראות הדין. מטרת מדיניות פרטיות זו (להלן "מדיניות הפרטיות"), המהווה חלק בלתי נפרד מתנאי השימוש, הינה לסקור, בין היתר, את האופן בו האתר שומר ועושה שימוש במידע שנמסר לה על-ידי המשתמשים באתר ו/או שנאסף אודותיהם בעת השימוש באתר.

The terms appearing in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use, unless expressly stated otherwise in the Privacy Policy.

1. Information collection

1.1.   במסגרת הגלישה באתר, הרישום אליו (במקרים הרלוונטיים) והשימוש בשירותים המוצעים בו, המשתמשים עשויים להתבקש למסור מידע ו/או יאספו אודותיהם פרטי מידע שונים. חלק מהמידע מזהה את המשתמשים באופן אישי וחלקו מידע סטטיסטי/אגרגטיבי שאינו מזוהה ואינו נשמר ביחד עם פרטיהם המזהים. סוגי המידע העשויים להיאסף במסגרת האתר הינם: שם מלא, פרטי קשר כגון מספר טלפון וכתובת דוא"ל, מספר ע.מ., מקום עבודה, מידע כלכלי, הרגלי צריכה והתנהגות, מידע ו/או תוכן המוזן על-ידי המשתמש, מידע על אופן השימוש באתר, לרבות מקור ההפניה, אורך הביקור באתר, התכנים שנצפו, וכן מידע על מחשבי המשתמשים, לרבות כתובת ה-IP שלהם, סוג מערכת ההפעלה וגרסתה, סוג הדפדפן וגרסתו, וכיו"ב.

1.2. The information collected by the Site and/or provided by Users will be retained for the purposes listed in Section 2.1 of the Privacy Policy and by law. Users are aware that they are not obligated to provide personal information by law, and they agree and hereby declare that the personal information collected about them and/or provided by them to the Site was provided with their consent and free will.

1.3. By accessing and/or using the Site, Users express their consent to the terms and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy, including their consent to the collection and processing of their information, as described in this document. 2.2. The details and information about the users will not be provided to third parties without their prior consent, except to the extent permitted by the Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. 3.   שימוש ב'עוגיות' – Cookies

3.1.   ייתכן שהאתר ישתמש בטכנולוגיות מקובלות, דוגמת 'עוגיות' (Cookies), (להלן "'עוגיות'") למטרות אחסון מידע באופן מקומי על מחשבי המשתמשים בקשר עם שימושם באתר, הכל על מנת להפוך את חווית הגלישה של המשתמשים באתר לפשוטה, רלוונטית ונוחה יותר.
